SUMMER PROGRAM
2023 SUMMER PROGRAM
Our 2023 Summer Program starts June 19th and concludes July 17th, with a strong emphasis on individual skill building for players (ages 14 thru 10) preparing for their upcoming school seasons.
The program includes:
- Competitive tournaments (2)
- Weekly practices
- Individualized Skills training with our AIRCAT machine
- Team short-sleeved jersey
- Serving, Passing, Attacking & Setting guest instructors
- Serving & Vertical jump analytics
- Jump training and arm-swing program
Cost of this program is $100 per player.
Players new to Apex should register HERE by June 16th
Returning players need to indicate their interest to their team coach by June 19th.

VOLLEYBALL 10k PROGRAM
VOLLEYBALL 10,000™ is about volleyball handling “touches.” The program introduces 10 different ball handling exercises. By completing each exercise 1000 times, a dedicated player can accomplish VOLLEYBALL 10,000™. That’s 10,000 touches of ball handling, working toward a more confident volleyball athlete!
