By offering optional training sessions, our athletes will have more opportunities to improve their individual skills at their own pace. 

Training sessions can be scheduled for individuals or groups of 3-4 athletes who want to work on the same skill for 60-min with a coach. These sessions are based on availability of staff and facilities.

Athletes can also schedule time to use the AirCAT machine on their own with supervision.

 

VERT JUMP PROGRAM

Utilized by over 350 college programs, professional sports teams, and the USA Women's National Volleyball team, the VERT performance tracker measures the g-force of every movement you make including the impact on your body and records this information.

This discrete device can be worn during training or even during a match. 

Apex VBC will rent a Vert system for local teams team to use for a week at practices and matches.
